At Samsara Expeditions
Our trip planning and guiding experience in mountains of both Asia and South America is something we feel pleasured to be able to share with our guests. All of our established and bespoke tours explore the Himlayan and surrounding regions. We have tours in all the main regions of Nepal including the Kathmandu, Everest, Annapurna, Mustang and Lantang regions. With our local contacts we run authorised tours within Tibet, whether it be mountain biking to Lhasa on the Friendship Highway, trekking to sacred Mount Khailash or visiting the Tibetan Everest Base Camp. Tour Ladakh in the northern Indian Himalayas, kayak the ice melt from some of the World's highest peaks or travel inwards on one of our many holistic courses.
Whatever you choose for your trip no-one has the same experience as Samsara Expeditions and our local teams within the Himalayan region. From wildlife photography in the National Parks of Royal Bardia & Royal Chitwan and film shoots in the mountains of the Annapurnas and lowlands of the Kathmandu or Pokhara valleys to fully supported and intricately planned summit attempts Samsara Expeditions will take you deep in to this magical world of the Asian Himalayas.
History
Samsara Expeditions was formed after the directors of two existing adventure travel companies decided to offer their tours in the Himlayas to the wider public. These two established companies have offered mountain adventure travel since 1999 in the Himalayas of Nepal, Tibet & India and through ski & snowboard company Snoventures have been organising trips and tours to the Andes of South America since 2001. Our founder directors have extensive travel experience, organising and running tours to Nepal, Tibet & India since 1999 after travelling through many parts of the World and first visit to Nepal back in 1992. Our first experience of the region was as far back as 1973 - our first visit to India. We first toured Nepal & Tibet in 1999.
