This was my 2nd trip to Nepal. This time I chose to use Samsara Expeditions, which made everything much easier than doing it myself like last time. The trip was excellent and ran smoothly and exactly as promised from start to finish. The trek to Nepal with Samsara is one of the best trips I have ever done, from a seasoned traveller!

We had a fantastic time. Thank you very much for arranging the trip, it all went smoothly. Tibet is such a surreal place, we were quite mystified by it and it’s people. The drive, though tiring was varied and exposed us to some of the most fantastic scenery we have ever seen. The driver and guide were fine and lovely (albeit we had a few language problems, but you did say to expect that!)

My ankle held out for Annapurna, it was certainly a tough walk but we made it- hoorah! What amazing scenery!
Thank you again, I will certainly recommend you to any friends who may wish to travel to Tibet.

In September 2004. We did the Kora around Mount Kailash. Hira and the staff looked after us really well. Two of our group got altitude sickness and they were very helpful in doing everything possible to keep the group together and for us all to complete the Kora (which we all did). I would highly recommend them and have myself been back since and done another trek in the annapurna range and am heading back this month to go to Manang.

First introduced to me by a high-ranking Nepali person in Kathmandu, I have been on three treks ... the first to Everest region starting from Lukla, the next to Langtang Valley up as far as Langshisha Kharka then up to Gosainkunda and the latest in May 2007 to Lo Manthang, Upper Mustang when we took horses and a mule train.
I can unequivocally state that Hira is 100% dependable.
I will do 2 further treks in 2008, one into western Tibet.
