Overview
The highlight of many trips to Nepal, trekking to Everest Base Camp at 5545 metres. On your trek to Everest, you will first fly into Lukla and walk to the Sherpa village of Namche Bazaar, the monastery at Tengboche and on to Everest Base Camp.
From Everest base camp you will also be able to trek up to Pala Kattar for a spectacular view of the peak of Everest.
It is very important to allow sufficient time for acclimatisation on this trek.
This trek can be very crowded in the high season.
